Hello my name is Shyleiah Lei-ipo Hanawahine. I am a freshman and this is my first year reporting for The Pinion.  I joined The Pinion because I was curious to learn how the student newspaper was published and produced. I love to read draw and write in my free time. I aspire to be many things though I haven’t quite figured out what path I want to pursue in life.
