Forfeit decision right one

I believe that it was a good decision for McKinley’s varsity to forfeit the Homecoming game. The situation that caused the forfeit is not how McKinley students or staff represent our pride.

People might say that McKinley’s varsity forfeiting their varsity game during Homecoming Week was a poor decision because it was unfair for the players to practice so hard for the Homecoming game and not be able to play.

While it might be true that it is unfair, it does not overpower the fact that pride is how we represent the school and that our every actions reflect on the school. Pride isn’t just about stomping or cheering really loud at games and seeing who has the most spirit.

McKinley forfeiting their varsity Homecoming game was a good decision. I want the students that think it was a bad decision to take a minute and rethink  their opinion.
