Different, yet the same

My grandmother is like any other grandmother. She cooks, she cleans, she pinches your cheeks ‘till they’re red.
But there’s one thing that makes my grandmother different; she’s legally blind. Growing up, I didn’t really understand, but now I know. She walks around with a seeing-eye dog.
To me, she’s just a normal person, but everyone else sees her as different. Growing up, I would always help her with reading things, help her take care of her dogs, and even help her write.
Yeah, my grandma’s different, but that doesn’t mean you should treat her any differently.
