Hello! I’m Athena Griep-Matautia! I’m a freshman here at McKinley High School. I haven’t been working on new writing for that long, but I do enjoy it a lot. I spend most of my time reading and playing volleyball. I’m a pretty social person, so let’s be friends! In my past school, I was known for writing articles on more controversial topics and getting people’s opinions. I think it’s important that we use our paper for freedom of speech to, not only get people informed, but to share our thoughts and opinions. It’s a great way to express the student body’s feelings, thoughts, and opinions. If you have any suggestions on topics I should write about please feel free to tell me! I’m always open to write about new things!
